The pension reformer won the Democratic primary for Rhode Island's governorship yesterday.
Things are getting more interesting with respect to controlling government spending and the public's attitude and forbearance with each passing day.
It's the same thing with world affairs after the beheadings of two Americans by a bunch of barbarians. We're mad as hell and aren't going to take it anymore.
As long as we have the collective will to do so, America will prevail in every important way.
Maybe we'll even decide to live within our means individually and as a nation of equals.
And then we'll become a lead-by-example competitive and world leader again, both economically and as a champion for Democracy, free enterprise and individual freedoms.
Let's hope so.
Thanks. Bob.
