You may or may not know Erica Walker. For those of you who don't, please take a few seconds to watch the video below. Be advised that her language is a bit crude. If you're like me though, you will be much more offended by what she does than what she says.
Now, for the TV cop intervention, we turn back the clock to the days of Dragnet and Joe Friday. In the clip below, Friday and his partner could just as easily be addressing Mrs. Walker or the college students who do the same thing in the videos that cue up after hers as they are three males that represent their 1960s era equivalents.
I'm with Friday. Our system is far from perfect but there isn't ANYTHING close to it.
